After reviewing several differant styles and manufacturers this one filled the bill for my Ford Ranger Pick up. With pivoting ends and small teeth it fits securly between the bed rail where ever I put it without bending the bed

I carry equipment for volunteer restoration days at Ives Road Fen in Michigan in my Ford Escort station wagon and if it isn't packed full the buckets and water containers tend to fall over when I go around a corner. This bar can hold them tightly and I only have to pack one row tightly. It is easy to make fine adjustments in the bar length.
